Health Call is a clinic based in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). DHCC is a medical free zone in Dubai, seeking to be an internationally acknowledged center of excellence. It is under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. DHCC is affiliated with the prestigious Harvard Medical School.

Health Call is situated in an out-patient clinical setting. We provide primary care. Primary care is the first point of call for everybody, for all problems (except traumatic and cardiac emergencies). We manage simultaneously acute and chronic health issues. Our team consists of family doctors, one with a subspecialty in sports medicine. We have an extensive network of collaborating specialists in case of a referral. A referral is an important gate pass which shall be discussed with the patient in openness and mutual consent.

Health Call clinic has been designed in a contemporary modern style, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious waiting area has been fitted out in a way which allows all patients, parents and children to wait comfortably. All the consultation rooms have been fitted with state-of-the art equipment and guarantee an optimum privacy.

Health Call also provides a house call service, because we understand that when you are sick you are not always able to come to the clinic. You can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is always a doctor on call.
