Dr. Danny Deschuttere (1965) is the medical director of Health Call. He studied general and family medicine at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium, and graduated in 1990. He has been practicing family medicine in Antwerp for 12 years in his flourishing private clinic.

He has undergone a subspecialization in sports medicine at the University of Antwerp. For 2 years he was the team doctor of the Antwerp basket ball team, a premier league club. The next two years he was also the team doctor of the football club Antwerp, a premier league soccer team. After this he was the treating sports physician of professional tennis players in Belgium. Dr. Deschuttere worked together with the University of Antwerp to train medical students. Since 2006 he is working at Dubai Health Care City.
