This service is reserved for our patients who have already registered with Health Call, who are under chronic medication and who have made a prior agreement about this with their treating physician.

Please allow a minimum of two working days for us to process your request. The secretary will notify you by means as agreed on in the ‘Medication refill request form’.

Please understand that Health Call reserves the right to refuse your request if deemed inappropriate.

For this service we will charge you a small fee of 25 Dhs per prescription.
