    Yes, we cover all areas in the city of old and New Dubai.
  • Do you provide house calls outside of Dubai city (e.g. Sharjah)?
    No, we cannot provide house calls outside the city of Dubai.
  • What is the price of a house call?

  • How soon will the doctor come to our house?
    When you contact the clinic a time will be agreed on and respected. Please phone as early in the day as possible for both our conveniences. We aim to provide you with a doctor as soon as possible.
  • Do we have to wait a long time to get an appointment at the clinic?
    For more urgent cases you will be given an appointment the same day (or you can come to the clinic directly). A house call is also possible. Please also see section 'Policies & Procedures - Pricing
  • Do you have a good referral system in place?
    We are developing and maintaining a reliable network of cooperation with highly qualified specialists according to international standards.
  • What languages do the doctors of Health Call speak?
